Does it work, is it safe?

Vacuum therapy is a non-invasive procedure that increases blood circulation to the buttocks, “lifting” them and making the skin appear smoother and firmer. vacuum therapy etc. endermologie A device used to treat many health conditions that uses suction and mechanical massage to make your buttocks look firmer.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the device as safe to use, but has not confirmed whether vacuum therapy for cellulite is effective. Keep in mind vacuum therapy and minimally invasive vacuum-assisted techniques such as: subcisionis also used to treat cellulite, but it is not the same procedure.

How vacuum therapy works

Vacuum therapy uses suction or roller movements to work on the skin and subcutaneous fat layer to “break up” cellulite. In addition to spa treatments such as endermologie, home vacuum therapy devices are also available.

The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery reports that some people see good results with vacuum therapy, but the effects are temporary. Additionally, the “smoothing” effect on cellulite in the buttocks is likely due to inflammation from the procedure. There is limited evidence that it is beneficial in treating cellulite.

Cellulite treatment options

Vacuum therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses massage and suction devices to smooth areas of cellulite on the buttocks. Other treatments to improve cellulite include more invasive procedures like the Brazilian butt lift, which uses a surgical approach to remove fat. Techniques that can get more research support include:

Vacuum-assisted precise tissue ablation or subcision Laser therapy Sonic therapy Weight loss and exercise

There is some evidence for other treatments such as endermologie and carboxytherapy (carbon dioxide infusion), but more research is needed.

Possible benefits of vacuum therapy

Vacuum therapy was originally developed to treat scars from burns, and cupping is an ancient Chinese medical therapy that uses heated cups to draw suction into the skin to increase blood flow to specific areas of the body. It comes from therapy. During these treatments, vacuum therapy was also found to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Other benefits of vacuum therapy include:

Tighter skin Increased elasticity of the skin (less “sagging”) Reduced muscle tension and pain Improved blood circulation and removal of toxins A larger, rounder-looking butt

Vacuum therapy side effects

Vacuum therapy is a non-invasive, or non-surgical, procedure, so negative side effects are minimal. No anesthesia is required to complete this procedure. It usually does not cause pain, but you may experience temporary discomfort when you first start and stop suctioning.

Immediately after treatment, your skin may feel “taut” or “tingling” or may appear slightly swollen, but this is temporary. Vacuum therapy can also cause temporary redness in the affected area, but usually does not cause bruising.

Vacuum therapy uses suction and mechanical massage. This treatment is not painful, but you may feel a stretching or “pulling” sensation during the session. Your doctor will adjust the amount of suction to keep you comfortable during your treatment.

vacuum butt lift procedure

During a vacuum butt lift session, one large suction cup is placed on each butt cheek. The suction machine is then turned on and adjusted to a comfortable level. The suction cup is transparent so the technician can see how your skin is responding to the treatment.

Treatment time varies depending on the situation, but is usually around 30 to 45 minutes. After your session, we recommend drinking plenty of water to flush out toxins from your body. There is no mandatory “downtime” after treatment, but if you experience any discomfort, it may be helpful to rest until the side effects subside and refrain from exercise until the next day.

Initial treatment is done once or twice a week for a total of 6 to 10 sessions. From this point onwards, monthly sessions are recommended to maintain results.

Where is vacuum therapy offered?

Vacuum therapy services are available at spas and other wellness centres. It may also be done in a plastic surgeon’s office. The cost of vacuum therapy sessions varies and typically ranges from $85 to $150 per session.

When to avoid vacuum therapy

Vacuum therapy may not be safe for everyone. Avoid this treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active cancer, or are taking blood-thinning drugs.

manage expectations

Vacuum therapy does not work for everyone. In that case, you’ll get temporary results, but they won’t be as dramatic as a surgical butt lift. Plan to invest in 6 to 8 treatments to determine what your results will be. However, even with this investment, vacuum therapy is still significantly cheaper than surgical methods of buttock enhancement.

summary

A vacuum butt lift uses suction and mechanical massage to “lift” the buttocks and improve the overall appearance of the skin. Vacuum therapy is non-invasive and has minimal side effects. Treatment sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes, once or twice a week.

Approximately 6 to 10 sessions are usually required for best results, and ongoing treatments are required to maintain vacuum butt lift results. Although it’s a relatively safe way to change the appearance of your butt, it doesn’t provide the long-term results that surgery can.
