I quickly discovered that I wasn’t going to go hungry at the Bürgenstock Resort either. After all, it is Seven There’s a full-service restaurant on site, so no matter what your mood, you can find something you love without having to travel all the way to the city or across the lake. And those seven full-service restaurants don’t include several bars, cigar lounges, or terraces. These restaurants offer something perfect for your meal. As for the restaurant, Oak is a Burgenstock pool grill serving grilled steaks, chicken, and in the summer, amazingly delicious Maine lobster roasted on top of a Big Green Egg.
Spice, one of two breakfast joints, serves breakfast including bread, cheese, omelettes, and smoothies with lake views. In the evening, it transforms into an Asian-inspired bistro with sushi and Peking duck highlights.
Rounding out Burgenstock’s dining options are a brasserie, a Persian restaurant, a more health-oriented restaurant, a restaurant off the golf course, and, weather permitting, the Alpine Lodge, which serves fondue.
