The midsole is made with dual-density Helion foam for superior shock absorption and springy responsiveness, and is made with nylon Speedboard to help stabilize the thick midsole and maximize energy return. It is combined. On’s signature CloudTec pods (basically hollow tubes in the midsole) compress when you land, creating a luxurious feel. The upper engineered mesh upper hugs your foot snugly, while the lower rubber outsole placement provides secure footing on the pavement.
