Charly Barby: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Enjoys Offseason in Hawaii
Transitioning from Dance to Cheerleading
As the offseason unfolds for the Dallas Cowboys players and cheerleaders, one individual making headlines is Charly Barby. After completing her inaugural season with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC), Barby has embraced the chance to relax and recharge in Hawaii.
With an extensive background in dance, Barby’s journey to becoming a cheerleader has been marked by dedication and passion. She has been dancing since the age of two and pursued her passion seriously by the age of eight, training at the renowned Xtreme Force Dance Company in Livermore, California.
College Dance Team Experience
While attending Arizona State University, Barby further honed her skills as a member of the university’s Dance Team. Here, she participated in energizing game day performances and took part in the UDA Nationals, where her team secured a commendable third-place finish nationally.
Reflecting on her youthful ambitions, Barby expressed, “Pretty much ever since I could talk I would tell everyone that I was going to be a professional dancer when I grew up.” This lifelong dream ultimately guided her to the prestigious DCC.
Joining the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
Barby has always envisioned herself on the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders roster, viewing them as the epitome of what she aspired to be: “influential, extremely inspiring, kind, professional, hardworking, talented, humble, uplifting, and so much more.” She believes that DCC boasts an exceptional collective of both talent and character, which was a significant factor in her desire to join.
After achieving her long-held dream, Barby now finds herself savoring some well-deserved downtime after her first full season with the cheerleading squad.

This week, Barby captured the attention of her followers on social media with a stunning photograph from her recent trip to Hawaii. Set against a picturesque sunset, she donned a white bikini that generated a flurry of compliments from fans and peers alike.
“Pretty pretty pretty omg,” commented fellow cheerleader Kleine Powell.
“omg so stunning,” added Armani Latimer, another member of the DCC.
“HEY ARIEL MISS MERMAID,” joked McKenna Gehrke, drawing on the enchanting backdrop.
“My phone just broke,” humorously remarked Marissa Phillips.
“Gorgeous!!!!” came the enthusiastic response from Dani McGinnis.
It’s evident that Barby is fully enjoying her time away, and her fellow cheerleaders are equally appreciative of her captivating vacation photos.
